Bars

The Cloth Ear
Belfast’s best Espresso Martinis, no other words needed. Heather has sampled many in Belfast to ensure The Cloth Ear remains the title holder!

The Duke of York
Located in Cathedral Quarter, great for a Guinness and watching the world go by in their traditional interior or sitting outside on their red benches and under neon umbrellas. If that doesn’t appeal perhaps its boast of housing Irelands largest Whiskey collection will!

Harp Bar
A great spot for a live band! Take a left for live music downstairs or a right to take in the traditional pub memorabilia, worth a drink or two if your in the Cathedral Quarter area- all of the pubs in this area are worth a visit we’d recommend enjoying them all!

Margot
An underground cocktail bar located to the left of Belfast City Hall, a chick bar as poor Aaron who found himself the only male in this contemporary cocktail hide away. P.S. Aaron battled through as there’s Outcider on draft.

White's Tavern
Established in 1630 by John Walker and earning the title of Belfast’s oldest pub, a great place for a well perfected pint and a bite to eat.

Common Market
A great selection of food stalls and a couple of bars located in here, great for a snack or a meal. Lots of food options without needing a reservation and live music in the early evening. Try the Smash Bro’s burgers- they don’t disappoint!
Restaurants

2Taps Wine Bar
Tapas located facing the Merchant Hotel (great for a fancy cocktail!) in Cathedral Quarter. Lots of choice on the menu, especially the goats cheese wrapped in Sereno with Balsamic, pickle and Fig Relish!

St. George's Market
Whether heading for food, coffee or a wonder around the market stalls, the market is well worth a visit! Try a Belfast Bap company filled bap, you won’t be disappointed!

Dumpling Library
Offering Chinese, Korean, and Japanese flavours alongside a decent cocktail, located in St Anne’s Square beside the Cathedral Quarter. If this menu doesn’t excite you there’s plenty of choice in the Square including Coppi (Italian), House of Zen (Asian), Top Blade (Steak), 7 Spice (Bangladeshi) and Madam Pho (Vietnamese)

Cyprus Avenue
Located outside of the city centre in East Belfast, Cyprus Avenue offers a diverse menu and drinks list. Try the Strangford mussels and Corey’s fries!
